How will we invoice you?
It will depend on whether you're an inhouse, Cloud5 hosted, or outsourced payRoll services customer
All customers will be billed the one-off setup and registration fee in advance. All prices are subject to GST.
SuperChoice Portal
SuperChoice has a one-off registration and set up fee of $280 (plus GST) per portal. A Portal can have multiple ABN’s.
Inhouse Customers
You will be billed one year in advance from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019. So the first invoice will be generated for payment in June 2018.
Cloud5 Hosted Customers & Outsourced Payroll Services Customers
You will be invoiced per employee per pay (or pay event)
Ozedi Messaging Hub
Ozedi Messaging Hub has a one off registration and set up fee of $15 per customer.
Ongoing fees are priced per file transmission size and purchased in data file size packages.
BOTH Inhouse & Cloud5 Hosted Customers
You will have an invoice, for a certain data package, based on your payroll frequency over a year. You will be re-invoiced once that data package is consumed.

How will you tell us your choice?
You’ll let us know what you’ve selected by filling in the STP survey. You need to complete the survey ASAP.
Outsourced Payroll Services customers do not need to complete this survey, as they will use the SuperChoice portal by default.
